Job summary

You will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID, plus on-prem and hybrid infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting, scripting with PowerShell, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and security controls.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to document issues and communicate with non-technical staff.
• Familiarity with MFA, conditional access, and SSO.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Manage on‑premises or hybrid infrastructure as applicable.
• Administer user accounts, licensing, groups, and permissions across Microsoft 365.
• Respond to incidents and provide direct helpdesk support.
• Document changes and resolutions; stay current with roadmap and security updates.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and practices.
