Job summary

First Coast Security Solutions seeks a seasoned Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer to run the day-to-day administration of a cloud-based Microsoft 365 environment from our Jacksonville headquarters. Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Strong experience with Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Strong experience with Exchange Online.
• Experience with Intune and endpoint management.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the configuration and health of the Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Administer Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and related portals.
• Support and maintain Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, OneDrive, and security.
• Manage users, groups, licensing, permissions, and access policies.
• Support IT Engineers on escalated tickets.
• Troubleshoot tenant-level Microsoft 365 issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 security, governance, and configuration standards.
• Build PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline IT operations.
• Monitor service health and respond to tenant issues.
• Document configurations, procedures, and IT standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate IT operations.
