Job summary
Slalom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to provide strategic and technical leadership across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, and Microsoft Copilot initiatives. This remote, full-time project-based role focuses on defining architecture, governance, security, and enterprise adoption strategies within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications
- 8+ years designing and implementing enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Deep SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and administration expertise.
- Experience delivering enterprise intranet, document management, and search.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Search and content discovery.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and solution design for Microsoft 365 collaboration.
- Define SharePoint Online architecture, governance, permissions strategies.
- Drive Microsoft Search configuration and relevance tuning.
- Establish Copilot readiness strategies, governance, and adoption planning.
- Partner to develop Microsoft 365 roadmaps and platform standards.
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams for SharePoint and 365.
- Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and operations.
- Influence senior stakeholders on strategic technology decisions.
