Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings and process docs.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain thin/thick film processing equipment.
• Perform deposition, photolithography, etching, and related wafer fabrication steps.
• Optimize processes to meet quality, yield, and throughput targets.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data to support yield improvement.
• Support NPI, process transfers, and prototype builds.
• Maintain cleanroom and contamination-control standards.
