You will prepare samples, perform SEM/TEM analyses, and collaborate with engineers to address customer-driven investigations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military technical training.
• 3-4 years in technical lab, manufacturing, or semiconductor industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare semiconductor samples for SEM/TEM analysis using cleaving, polishing, etching, and FIB milling.
• Execute sample prep plans with SEM and TEM engineers.
• Perform routine SEM failure analysis to support yield and reliability.
• Operate and maintain SEM, FIB, and prep equipment per procedures.
• Collect images/data and document results in LIMS.
