Precision Data Imaging, Inc. seeks a Senior Microbiologist to lead hands-on microbiology from development to launch. You will shape testing strategies, translate data into decisions, and mentor the Laboratory Technician while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee microbiology method development, testing, and regulatory support to ensure safe and effective products. A strong scientific background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field required.
• Master's or Ph.D. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Laboratory Technician.
• Own microbiology workstream for product development programs.
• Develop practical microbiological solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Support sterilization validation and bioburden testing.
• Mentor junior scientists and provide technical direction.
• Supervise and train laboratory staff and manage performance.
