Eagle Analytical is seeking an experienced Microbiologist II to independently conduct advanced microbiological testing in a cleanroom, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025, cGMP, and SOPs. The role includes data evaluation, documentation review, and supporting training initiatives.

This position emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement on client projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Biology or Microbiology or related field; or Bachelor’s with 3+ years’ microbiology lab experience.
• Experience with sterile testing and regulatory compliant labs (cGMP/cGLP) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate independently performing advanced microbiology testing (sterility, endotoxin, particulate matter) in a cleanroom.
• Review schedules and ensure samples are collected and tested on time; reconcile samples after incubation.
• Maintain chain-of-custody; manage aliquoting, storage, receipt, and shipping of samples.
