Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related science.
• 5–7 years of microbiology lab experience in a regulated setting.
• Experience with microbiological test methods, aseptic technique, and data reporting.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements and data integrity principles.
• Ability to work independently with strong scientific judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute microbiology studies per approved protocols.
• Perform microbiology sampling, testing, and data analysis.
• Lead studies, method development, and contract research projects.
• Document data and reports with high accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor technicians and provide technical direction to the lab team.
• Communicate results to stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery.
