Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of direct, hands-on investor relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage analyst & institutional relationships with sell-side and buy-side coverage.
• Craft and execute the investor relations strategy and narrative.
• Lead earnings call preparation, scripting, and Q&A with CFO and leadership.
• Maintain IR CRM and monitor shareholder activity and market context.
