Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an experienced MHE maintenance professional to oversee safe operation and daily maintenance of material handling equipment and batteries. You will monitor electrical controls and perform meter testing, PLC troubleshooting, and motor repairs in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The role requires six years of MHE maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and Sysco safety certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; tech school preferred (2 years).
• Six years in an MHE maintenance role or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and SYSCO safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation and daily maintenance of MHE and industrial batteries.
• Perform electrical meter testing and PLC troubleshooting.
• Maintain preventive maintenance (PMs), belts, chains, motors, and electrical controls.
• Assist battery technicians with battery maintenance and charger repairs.
