Job summary

Cessna Aircraft Company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Resource Programmer III (Plant 1) to design CAM NC programs, MCAD models, and tooling for manufacturing processes. The role requires interpreting engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications to support process planning and production readiness.

The incumbent may train other staff, interact with procurement and suppliers as needed, and work to maintain cost, schedule, and quality targets in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years college or three (3) years of experience in the aircraft industry or completed related Bell apprentice program.
• Demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Design CAM NC programs and MCAD tools/fixtures with 2D drawings.
• Train teammates as needed and work under supervision.
• Interpret drawings, BOMs, specifications, and process documents for manufacturing planning.
