Job summary

Textron is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Resource Programmer III in Fort Worth, TX to design manufacturing resources, develop CAM programs, and create MCAD models and 2D drawings for aerospace manufacturing. The role requires GD&T expertise, NC/CNC programming experience, and strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Two years college or three years of experience in the aircraft industry or completed related Bell apprentice program.
• Demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Design of manufacturing resources including CAM NC programs, MCAD tools/fixtures, loft patterns, and 2D drawings.
• Knowledge of shop production and processing operations.
• Work in accordance with management strategies and concepts as well as program and departmental processes and procedures using Bell Business Systems.
• Train one or more employees.
• Provide MCAD operational models and 2D drawings for manufacturing process planning sequences.
• Develops, Creates and Maintains Tooling/Fixture definition for manufacturing operations for all media types including MCAD and manual legacy designs.
• Execute strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal and external customers.
