Job summary

Textron in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Manufacturing Eng. Resource Programmer III to design manufacturing resources including CAM NC programs, MCAD tools, loft patterns, and 2D drawings.

You will analyze drawings, develop MCAD models, and create tooling definitions for all media types, ensuring GD&T aerospace tolerances are met. You will maintain CAM programs, NC programs, and operator instructions for NC equipment, coordinate with procurement, and train staff as needed while adhering to ITAR

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft industry and knowledge of GD&T aerospace tolerances required.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, models, BOMs and specs for manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CATIA/SolidWorks and CAM tools for NC programming.

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing resources including CAM NC programs and MCAD tools.
• Develop LOFT MCAD models, 2D drawings and tooling/fixture definitions.
• Create and maintain CAM programs and operator instructions for NC equipment.
• Train and mentor staff; ensure ITAR compliance and quality goals.
