Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician to maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab instrumentation in a regulated environment. The role ensures equipment remains qualified, compliant, and ready for routine use across projects.

Responsibilities include mentoring technical staff, supporting validations, and verifying documentation. Full-time position based near Lancaster, PA with standard hours and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical science, engineering, or information technology.
• 8 years of GxP, laboratory, and/or instrument maintenance experience.
• Experience documenting instrument troubleshooting, non-routine events, and/or validations.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, calibration, and/or qualification of routine and advanced laboratory instrumentation in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance of quality systems and laboratory instrumentation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of laboratory instrumentation.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and training to technical personnel.
