Job summary

Made To Measure Metrology (M2M) is a leader in metrology and offers a broad toolbox of CMMs, laser systems, and post-processing software. This is a senior, full-time role requiring 5+ years of experience in dimensional inspection and metrology, with exposure to ASME/ISO standards and GD&T.

Join a dynamic quality team in a flexible lab environment and contribute to measurement programs across manufacturing processes, with extensive exposure to various metrology software and hardware.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of experience if no degree, or 5+ years in metrology with degree.
• Experience reading GD&T per ASME/ISO, and performing dimensional inspection.
• Proficiency with Excel and CMM software tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections on parts using hand tools, CMMs and vision systems.
• Set up fixturing and run programs on CMMs/VMMs, report measurements clearly.
• Interpret drawings per ASME/ISO standards and generate inspection reports.
• Collaborate with metrology leadership to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Maintain data, analyze results, and drive error/mistake-proofing processes.
