Moody’s is seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and quantitative skills to advance rating methodologies across sectors. The role emphasizes collaboration across MDG and CSS teams, and responsible AI practices in analytical workflows.

The ideal candidate will lead Agile methodology projects, author technical documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting complex analytical work within a global ratings framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in economics, finance, business, or quantitative field preferred.
• CFA designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead low and medium methodology development projects and collaborate across teams to ensure robustness and transparency.
• Lead projects using Agile principles to develop sector and cross-sector methodologies and assessment frameworks.
• Collaborate with MDG teams, other CSS teams and rating teams to ensure analytical robustness and transparency.
• Author methodology documents that meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare submission packages for Methodology Review Group approval.
• Assist with ad-hoc quantitative and analytical projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
