Bureau Veritas is seeking a skilled analytical chemist to develop and validate analytical methods for chemical compounds in a fast-paced laboratory. You will guide analysts, review data, and prepare SOPs to maintain quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include setting up instrumentation, ensuring instrument readiness, and supervising equipment operation while collaborating with team members to meet turnaround targets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in chemistry or related science field with 3–5 years of experience preferably in HPLC and Method Development.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Proficient in MS Office and laboratory documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analytical methods for chemical compounds.
• Provide guidance to analysts on troubleshooting and methodology questions.
• Review data and interpret results with minimal supervision.
• Write and review SOPs and STPs.
• Set up new instrumentation and procedures for specialized analyses.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
