Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Senior Supervisor for Meter Operations to lead a niche team of field service representatives, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and timely customer billing work orders related to meter reading, credit, and revenue protection.

The role requires developing workforce capability, safeguarding data, and driving productivity and cost efficiency across projects while coordinating with regulators and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated team leadership in a field environment.
• Experience supervising field service staff or equivalent.
• Experience with field computer applications including ClickSoft and other work management systems.
• Understanding of labor relations and applying CBA where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Manages implementation of energy program requirements and budget utilization.
• Establishes and manages construction work plans.
• Develops and maintains model input data and assumptions.
• Oversees clearance reviews and switching plan development, leading technical projects.
• Manages data-driven analyses and develops automated reporting tools.
• Protects sensitive data and maintains security/compliance standards.
• Coordinates with regulators to support policy development.
• Leads bid/evaluation processes and procurement reviews.
