Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in metallurgical manufacturing, preferably in similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgical testing methods and procedures.
• Experience with failure analysis and root cause analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with software applications related to metallurgy and manufacturing.
• Proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed metallurgical analysis and testing on metals to meet standards.
• Develop and implement metallurgical procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with production to troubleshoot, optimize processes, improve product performance.
• Conduct failure analyses to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Assist in material selection for new product development and advise on properties.
