Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in metallurgical operations, preferably in roasting or leaching.
- Solid understanding of roasting chemistry and CIL processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.

- Provide technical leadership and support to operations teams.
