Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 4+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with SPC, six-sigma and BPI practices.
• Ability to travel and access mill areas.
• Strong project management and cost control skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to internal and external customers supporting company goals.
• Disposition of referred, non-conforming and off-standard material (RMRs and customer claims).
• Provide training and education to customers.
