Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on expertise in steel processing and process control.
Coach plant personnel on metallurgical principles, process control, and ISO 9001 quality standards.
Lead product development from initial trial planning and testing through to full-scale production and evaluation.
Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process enhancements, and product quality improvements.
Serve as the main technical point of contact across commercial, operations, quality, and engineering teams to ensure seamless development initiatives.
