Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, creative testing, and client communication.

You will manage a portfolio end to end, lead client conversations, and optimize campaigns for qualified appointments and high-quality leads. Ideal candidates have hands-on Meta advertising experience, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
