Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. We generate qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects and partner with financial advisors nationwide.

The Senior Paid Media Strategist will own client accounts from strategy through execution, lead bi-weekly client calls, and optimize campaigns to meet performance targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Set up tracking pixels, Calendly integrations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on CPA and other metrics.
