Job summary

Bowery Boost LLC in New York City is seeking an experienced Media Buyer to support paid media execution across multiple client accounts. This hands-on role focuses on technical media buying, campaign performance, and optimization, not client management or presentations.

You’ll work with our account directors, creative strategists, and execution team to ensure campaigns are structured, optimized, and performing efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media buying experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and performance-driven campaigns.
• Experience with e-commerce/DTC brands and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER and conversion rates.
• Identify performance issues and implement optimizations.
• Structure campaigns, audiences, bidding, and budget pacing.
• Identify scaling opportunities and inefficient spend.
• Collaborate with account directors and execution team; improve processes.
