Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and creative testing.

You will lead client conversations, manage Meta performance, and collaborate on direct-response copy and VSL scripts. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive outcomes across tracking, funnel optimization, and lead-generation campaigns for high-net-worth prospects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive performance toward defined targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
• Configure tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; diagnose funnel issues.
