Clients Blackbox, Inc., a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors, seeks a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance end-to-end, including media buying, strategy, messaging, and testing.

You will lead client conversations, optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments, write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and develop structured testing across audiences, offers, and creative, with accountability for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta ads.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
