Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior performance marketer to own and optimize Meta campaigns for high-net-worth prospects. You will lead client conversations, manage campaigns end-to-end, and write direct-response copy and VSL scripts for financial services audiences.

You will develop testing strategies, diagnose funnel issues, and collaborate with editors while using AI tools to accelerate insights. Strong communication and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting retention
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and scripts
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts and messaging
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before calls
• Translate performance data into recommendations and strategic decisions
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, referrals
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation
• Manage budgets, audiences, bids, structure, and creative testing
• Monitor performance against cost-per-appointment and KPIs
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and plan improvements
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, variables
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for financial services
• Develop hooks, angles, offers and messaging variations
• Use performance data to generate new creative and hypotheses
• Collaborate with video editors and provide direction
• Use AI tools to accelerate research while maintaining quality
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversions
• Configure Calendly, Zapier workflows, and lead-routing
• Identify and resolve tech issues between platforms and client systems
• Evaluate funnel performance to locate sources of problems
