Responsibilities

• Lead MES replatform transformation and translate strategy into an integrated program roadmap.
• Direct day‑to‑day MES execution, manage timelines, scope, and milestones.
• Engage stakeholders across IT, Manufacturing Operations, R&D, Quality and vendors.
• Monitor budget, resources, and governance to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Drive risk, quality, and change management for manufacturing software environments.
