Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of Manufacturing Execution System experience, including Master Batch Record design.
• 5 years of experience in a regulated current Good Manufacturing Practice environment, preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in MES Master Batch Record design, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of MES interfaces and integrations, including ERP and LIMS.
• Strong requirements gathering, project management, communication, and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MES processes supporting commercial, clinical, and future programs.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and improve electronic Master Batch Records and workflows.
• Provide MES production support and resolve system issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, development, and validation teams to optimize processes.
• Manage MES updates, change controls, and documentation revisions to maintain compliance.
• Support system integrations and master data management across enterprise platforms.
• Coach and train key users and SMEs on batch record design and best practices.
