Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5-8 years of cGMP manufacturing experience with day-to-day execution.
• Proven people leadership including coaching and engagement.
• Experience managing priorities and risk-based decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and solve complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality, and reliable execution.
• Develop, coach, and engage team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Drive operational performance by monitoring priorities, addressing challenges, and ensuring timely execution of manufacturing activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, regulatory, and established manufacturing standards and procedures.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues, strengthen processes, and support manufacturing objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reliability, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Support investigation and resolution of manufacturing deviations, implementing actions that strengthen processes and prevent recurrence.
