Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering/computing/manufacturing systems.
• 8+ years in a manufacturing environment with 3+ years MES or digital shop-floor implementations.
• Experience leading MES/digital manufacturing implementations across lifecycle phases.
• Hands-on with Siemens Opcenter Execution Semiconductor or other enterprise MES platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead site MES implementations, define site plans, milestones, and status reporting.
• Assess site readiness, document processes and data flows, identify deviations.
• Translate needs from manufacturing/quality/operations into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Build process models based on business specs and assist in MES process modeling.
• Coordinate between site leadership, operations, IT/OT, and consultants.
