Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a senior MES specialist to implement and support Siemens Opcenter MOM on advanced manufacturing environments in Seattle. You will lead development in Opcenter Discrete modules, aligning with Aero/Discrete industry needs and ERP/PLM interfaces.

Strong stakeholder collaboration and problem-solving are essential. The role demands hands-on Opcenter experience, APIs, middleware, and integration patterns, with Agile practices guiding the project approach.

Qualifications

• Implementation and support of MES on Siemens Opcenter MOM.
• Hands-on development in Opcenter MOM Discrete Module.
• Experience with Opcenter EX FN, APS, MOM Connect, IPL, Mendix.
• Aero/Discrete/Mfg domain experience preferred.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, messaging queues, enterprise integration.
• Knowledge of Opcenter customization and extensions.
• OPC-UA, PLC/SCADA interfacing, analytical problem-solving.
• Agile framework knowledge and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders on solution design using Siemens Opcenter MOM.
• Techno-functional analysis and impact assessment for changes.
• Provide product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications.
• Develop in Opcenter Discrete modules and translate requirements for dev.
• Incident/Problem/Service Request/Change Management.
• Governance, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
• Team and customer management, knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites to contextualize shop floor ops.
