Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior MES MBR Designer to join our Digital Manufacturing team, supporting a major pharmaceutical client. You will translate manufacturing requirements into compliant, scalable electronic batch records within a MES environment and work closely with process engineers, quality teams, and MES leads to ensure GMP-compliant configurations.

You will design and configure GMBRs in PharmaSuite, Syncade or similar MES platforms, maintain templates, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences or related field.
• Proven experience designing and configuring Master Batch Records (MBRs) in MES.
• Hands-on with Rockwell PharmaSuite, Emerson Syncade or Werum PAS-X.
• Understanding of GMP, GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
• Ability to translate process diagrams and P&IDs into MES configurations.
• Experience in cross-functional and global project environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Global Master Batch Records (GMBRs) in MES.
• Translate process maps and requirements into MES design and logic.
• Ensure templates and standards are applied consistently across sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in workshops and reviews.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of MES recipes and batch records.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements; contribute to reusable design libraries.
• Prepare design documentation per regulatory and project needs.
• Support global MES template evolution and standardization.
