Job summary

Accenture seeks an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager to drive design, development, documentation, and deployment of Emerson Syncade MES in a highly automated Life Sciences environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Emerson Syncade MES experience in automated Life Sciences manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines is essential.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and lead meetings.
• Experience converting Life Sciences processes into electronic batch records.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, documentation, and implementation of MES Design/Author/Develop/Configure EBR.
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Document MES configuration and validate electronic batch records.
• Collaborate with management and users to define needs and design value-adding solutions.
• Document and analyze business information needs to ensure compliant solutions.
• Support go-live and hypercare activities for MES deployments.
• Manage client relationships and respond to proposals.
