• The role focuses on providing Delaware corporate law advice for matters originating from all of Dorsey's global offices.
• Work encompasses a wide range of corporate transactions, including incorporations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, dissolutions, strategic partnerships, financing, complex lending, cross-border transactions, and private equity investments.
• Advisory responsibilities extend to fiduciary duty and other strategic corporate law considerations in various situations and transactions.
• A crucial requirement is substantial Delaware corporate experience gained specifically within the business/corporate group of a Delaware-based law firm or the Delaware office of a large national or international firm.
