Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years of experience.
• Proven leadership of merchandising/space planning teams.
• Experience with planogram development and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads the team that plans and executes merchandising transitions across branches and DCs.
• Oversees the Merchandising Project Manager and the Manager, Merchandising Space Planning.
• Builds processes, tools, templates, and capabilities for project planning and space planning.
• Partners with senior leaders to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
