Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Merchandising Leader to drive planning, space planning, and off-shelf merchandising programs across branches and distribution centers. This role builds repeatable processes and a high-performing implementation team while aligning with Category Management strategies.

The position requires leading an implementation team, standardizing tools and playbooks, and partnering with field teams and suppliers to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline required; 7+ years in related field.
• Certification may be required; advanced degree can offset experience.
• Experience with merchandising planning and cross-functional projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, development, and standardization of processes and playbooks for project planning and space planning.
• Oversees governance of processes, tools, templates, and best practices for scalable delivery.
• Provides day-to-day leadership and metrics to optimize spend and cycle times.
• Leads and develops a high-performing implementation team, coaching members.
• Builds relationships with field, category management, suppliers, to drive consistent rollout.
