Job summary

White Cap is seeking a seasoned merchandising leader to head the planning and execution of transitions across our branch and DC network. You will drive space planning, planogram development, and off-shelf merchandising within the Category Management strategy.

You will build standardized processes, lead a high-performing implementation team, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. This hybrid role is based in the greater Atlanta area.

Qualifications

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
May require certification.
Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities

Leads design and standardization of processes, tools, templates, playbooks for project planning and space planning.
Oversees the Merchandising Project Manager and the Manager, Merchandising Space Planning.
Builds processes and measurements to enable effective project planning, space planning, and off-shelf merchandising.
Partners with Senior Director, Merchandise Planning & Implementation and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
Provides day-to-day leadership and project oversight across the implementation team.
Develops relationships with field organization, category management, suppliers, and service teams to drive rollouts across branches and DCs.
