You will coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory, and supplier teams to convert business objectives into actionable plans that boost sales, profitability, and customer experience. The role requires analytical thinking, organization, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while influencing stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years in merchandising or related fields.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas and data interpretation.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor category and initiative performance by analyzing key metrics like sales, margin, inventory, and inventory turn.
• Develop and execute action plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Partner across Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory, Promotional Planning, POG, and supplier teams for go-to-market initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution with milestones and timelines.
• Identify strategic initiatives using business insights, analytics, market trends, and customer data.
• Influence stakeholders to drive execution of strategies and process improvements.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and trend evaluations for decisions.
• Support weekly category reporting and ad hoc performance tracking.
• Review competitor in-store and online experiences for assortment/pricing opportunities.
• Assist with product selection through industry research and competitive insights.
• Maintain merchandising systems, product information, SKU management, and vendor setup.
