Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. seeks the Engineer IV, Merchandising Planning Delivery Lead to drive strategy, modernization, and delivery of merchandising planning technology solutions.

As a senior technical contributor and SME, you will lead architecture, roadmap development, and platform evolution to support planning, forecasting, analytics, and business decision-making. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver value, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide technical leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience with at least 7 years as an engineer.
• Experience leading large-scale technology implementations or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with SaaS enterprise planning platforms and cloud-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, design, implementation and evolution of planning tech platforms.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure and Security teams.
• Drive adoption of analytics, automation, and emerging tech to improve planning.
