You will coach selling teams, optimize inventory, manage in-store marketing, and partner with store leadership to grow volume while maintaining a vibrant, fashion-forward shopping environment that resonates with our guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years related experience in retail management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store presentation, merchandise implementation, floor moves and planning.
• Utilizes reports to understand comp store performance and focus business trends.
• Uses promotional calendars to set priorities and meet deadlines for store events.
• Manages profitability elements, including shortage control and audit adherence.
• Provides ongoing training and developmental coaching to merchandising and selling teams.
• Supports all operational functions in the store location.
