Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, merchandising or business-related field required.
• Experience in a leadership/management role is expected.
• Strong vendor relationship and negotiation skills are valued.

• Achieve Sales, Margin and Turnover plans by creating, driving and ensuring execution of the merchandising strategies.
• Build Visual Merchandising Strategy and eCommerce experience to support sales, margin and turn objectives.
• Build, create & manage merchandise assortments by category, selecting and purchasing merchandise with market trends in mind.
• Analyze economic, financial, market and industry data to assess strategies and identify opportunities.
• Execute regional marketing and pricing strategies to showcase current assortment and drive traffic and sales.
• Lead and develop team members, provide feedback and conduct performance conversations, including hiring decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships to gain knowledge and data for product selection and pricing negotiations.
• Visit stores to identify trends and translate findings into actionable product plans.
