Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to effectively service large format retailers, ensuring stock, displays, and rotation meet standards. This role supports the Merchandising Manager with training and coverage on off days.

Responsibilities include onboarding new merchandisers, acting as the main merch contact in the manager's absence, and maintaining compliant records, all while representing the Red Bull brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid US Driver's License.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory/display materials.
• English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandisers based on geography to maximize service and engagement.
• Complete onboarding of new merchandisers and certify readiness.
• Act as main merchandising POC in Merchandising Manager's absence and coordinate route coverage.
• Ensure proper rotation and display of Red Bull products to minimize out-of-code and damaged items.
• Maintain and present equipment to Red Bull standards in premium condition.
• Maintain mileage and training records; ensure compliance with internal policy.
