Job summary

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) in Omaha seeks a Senior Merchandiser to join our Corporate Merchandising team. You will merchandise soybeans and related products, manage supply chain positions and price risk, and build strong relationships with producers and end-users to support trading decisions.

This role offers growth in commodity merchandising, hedging strategies, and agricultural supply chain dynamics while directly impacting AGP's performance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agribusiness, finance, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in grain, oilseed, or agricultural commodity merchandising/trading.
• Demonstrated negotiation and commercial decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market interpretation ability.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-moving trading environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Merchandiser to join our Corporate Merchandising team in Omaha. In this role, you will merchandise soybeans and finished soybean products while managing supply chain positions and price risk. You will build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and end-users, negotiate transactions, and contribute to market strategy and trading decisions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
