Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to be the main link between customers and internal teams including Sales, Logistics, Production, Quality, and Accounting. You’ll own the customer order experience from entry through fulfillment and invoicing.
You will monitor orders, communicate status, resolve issues, maintain accurate customer records, and provide proactive support to Sales and the commercial teams to ensure commitments are met.
