About the Position

We are currently seeking a motivated, analytical individual for an entry‑level, full‑time Merchandiser position at our Corporate Office in Omaha, Nebraska. This role offers hands‑on training in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment where you will gain exposure to commodity merchandising, supply chain management, and risk management within the agriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise soybeans and finished soybean products.
• Negotiate transactions with suppliers and end‑users.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers.
• Participate in supply chain coordination and risk management activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize operations.
• Research, analyze, and interpret market and industry data.
• Represent the company at plant locations, customer sites, and industry events.
• Travel periodically to production facilities and customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Comfortable negotiating and operating in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest or background in agriculture, farming, grain, soy trading, or soybean products preferred, but not required.
