Job summary

Nike, Inc. (Beaverton, OR) is seeking a Sr. Merchandise Planner to establish stock and sales plans that guide a consumer-centric, profitable product offering.

You will collaborate with merchandising and business units to align future financial plans with product opportunities and create pre-season style plans for Nike Direct. You will forecast in-season sales, manage inventories on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, and present financial plans in key meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excel at high-intermediate to advanced level.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support product forecasting & pricing processes by managing reporting tools, analyzing data, & providing actionable insights
• Report on forecast variance weekly
• Construct and maintain reporting tools for use across the planning team
• Monitor price positioning across the marketplace and across the product portfolio, taking actions to adjust in accordance with overall pricing strategy
• Support monthly and seasonal inventory management activities
• Actively manage product lifecycles across seasons through close-out process and aging inventory
