Job summary

HireTalent seeks a Lead Assortment Planner to steer assortment and merchandise planning in Beaverton, collaborating with Nike Direct Planning and other teams. You’ll drive data-driven decisions that shape consumer-focused product selection and inventory strategies.

You will forecast, analyze sales and inventory performance, and partner across Merchandising, Sales Planning, Marketplace and Direct Planning to enable growth and optimize financial outcomes.

• Create forecasts and planning recommendations using retail metrics and data insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales Planning, Marketplace, and Direct Planning teams.
• Support seasonal planning, in-season business management, and post-season performance reviews.
• Present recommendations and influence key business decisions through data-driven insights.
• Drive planning excellence while balancing consumer demand, inventory productivity, and financial goals.
