Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Senior Planner to drive financial and inventory strategies across an omnichannel business. You will partner with Merchandising, Planning, Distribution Centers, Store Operations, and senior leadership to maximize sales, margin, inventory turn, and customer experience outcomes.

The Senior Planner will own assigned categories, lead pre-season and in-season planning activities, and conduct executive-level reviews to optimize assortment and forecasting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in merchandise planning, inventory management, forecasting, or retail planning.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Margin, Inventory Turnover, GMROI, and OTB.
• Experience in omnichannel retail environment.
• Advanced Excel, planning systems, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of pre-season sales, margin, inventory, and receipt plans at the Subclass level.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned to annual financial plans.
• Reconcile top-down targets with bottom-up merchandise plans.
• Own in-season forecasting and reforecasting processes.
• Maintain ownership of Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) systems.
• Conduct monthly OTB reviews and manage ordering for affordability.
• Review monthly SKU-level sales and forecasting with the SKU Planner.
• Develop omnichannel inventory strategies for Store, Ecommerce, and Flex Fulfillment.
• Lead assortment reviews, line reviews, and LRPs development and presentations.
• Collaborate with Buyers to optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and process improvements.
